Organisational context
We operate in a marine and offshore environment governed by NIMASA, NUPRC, IMO, IACS and ISO standards, and we map the expectations of every interested party — clients, regulators, employees, suppliers and host communities — into the system.
Leadership
Top management is accountable for the QMS and for resourcing it. Responsibility is assigned across defined roles: MD/CEO, Quality Manager, Operations Manager, HSE Manager and Procurement Officer.
Planning
Risks such as vessel downtime, crew competency gaps, supply-chain delays and regulatory non-compliance are managed through preventive maintenance, training programmes, approved vendor lists and compliance audits.
Support
Qualified personnel, certified equipment, reliable communications and documented procedures. Competence is maintained through mandatory marine and offshore certifications, a training matrix for every role and annual assessments.
Operation
Every job is planned and controlled — risk assessment (JHA/JSA), permit-to-work, contract review and service-level agreements — through mobilisation, offshore logistics coordination, marine operations monitoring and reporting.
Performance evaluation
KPIs for on-time delivery, downtime and customer satisfaction, supported by vessel performance reports, crew competency tracking, an annual internal audit plan and formal management review.
Improvement
Non-conformities are closed out through root-cause analysis, corrective action and verification of effectiveness, with lessons learned, client feedback and innovation initiatives feeding continual improvement.
